The SV3200DT 152mm/6" vacuum is created by a liquid ring pump.
The liquid ring pump provides 27” Hg vacuum with an air speed of 3,200 M3/Hr.
The liquid ring pump provides superior performance over conventional blower type units.
Furthermore as the liquid ring pump has only one moving part and is virtually maintenance free with no metal to metal or close tolerance contact.
